基于高阶梯队理论的电子工业创新绩效影响因素研究——高管认知研究视角

     

摘要

Executives' cognition is an important factor affecting the economic activities of enterprises. This article is based on the perspective of executive cognition, studying on the factors affecting the innovation performance of electronic industry and the in-teraction between factors by using upper echelon theory. The results show: executives' awareness, career concerns and financial flexible reserves can directly affect corporate innovation performance. After controlling the endogenous effects, the results are still significant. Executives' cognition plays a role in the relationship between career care and financial flexibility and innovation perform-ance. The regulatory role suggests that when executives are concerned with low career concerns and companies have high financial flexibility reserves, executives' awareness can undermine the adverse effects of career concerns and high financial flexibility reserves on innovation performance.%高管认知是影响企业经济活动的一个重要因素,本文从高管认知的视角出发,基于高阶梯队理论对我国电子工业创新绩效影响因素及各因素间的交互作用进行实证研究.结果表明:高管认知、职业生涯关注和财务柔性储备都能直接影响企业创新绩效,控制了内生性影响之后,依然稳健.高管认知在职业生涯关注和财务柔性储备与创新绩效关系中起调节作用,该调节作用表明在当职业生涯关注及财务柔性储备对创新绩效产生抑制时,高管认知能够削弱职业生涯关注和财务柔性储备对创新绩效的不利影响.
