“定岗双元”模式下物流管理专业实践教学初探

As an effective extension of dual system,“Dual Mode Teaching After Positioning”refers to a way of practice teaching that the en-terprises and schools make joint efforts to cultivate talents afterthe job position has been settled.Zhejiang Institute of Commerce and Trade College and Shanghai YundaFreight Co.,Ltd.,carried out the practice teaching mode of “Dual Mode Teaching After Positioning”,and formed the practical teaching plan combing with the actual logistics enterprise operation to meet the requirements of specific jobs skills,so that students and enterprises can make two-way choice.After implementing the “4 + 1 + 1”mode in stages,60 % of students in the lo-gistic management specialty achieved the promotion after graduation,and 100 % of students satisfied with their employment.%“定岗双元”模式是指确定了岗位后的学校与企业共同培养技能型人才的一种实践教学方式,是双元制的有效延伸。浙江商业职业技术学院与上海韵达货运有限公司开展“定岗双元”模式实践教学,结合物流企业运营实际制定符合特定岗位技能要求的实践教学计划,学生与企业双向选择,“4+1+1”分阶段实施,取得了毕业前60%的学生获得企业提拔,100%学生就业满意的好成绩。
