高校微信公众号推文的用户关注度研究——以湖州师范学院官方微信公众号为例

         

摘要

官方认证的高校微信公众号订阅人群基数大,传播范围广,在高校教育教学与管理中发挥着重要作用.在对湖州师范学院官方微信公众号2016-2017年间共计894篇推文的统计分析后发现,微信公众号推文的阅读数、点赞数与评论数之间存在显著正相关关系,不同的标题促销方式、事件主体、推文类别与互动性均会对用户关注度产生影响.因此,在注重微信公众号推文标题建设的同时,要切实以学生相关事件作为推文主体,通过推送贴近学生学习生活、互动性强的推文增强用户粘性,以期更好地发挥高校微信公众号的积极作用.%The officially-certified university WeChat public account has a large base of subscription and a wide spread, and it plays an important role in the education and management of colleges and universities.Through an analysis of 894 tweets from the official WeChat public account of Huzhou Univerity from 2016 to 2017, we found that there is a significant positive correlation between the number of readings, the number of praises and the number of comments in the WeChat public tweet.The difference in title promotional methods, event subjects, tweet categories and interactivity have an influence on user attention.Therefore, while paying attention to the construction of the WeChat public tweet title, it is necessary to use the student-related events as the main body of tweets to enhance the user's stickiness by pushing tweets that are close to students' learning and interaction so as to better play the positive role of university WeChat public account.
