失地农民职业获得过程中的认知及对职业转换的影响*--以杭嘉湖地区为例

摘要

通过对杭嘉湖地区失地农民职业获得的认知因子分析，概括出影响该地区失地农民职业转换的三个因子，即能力因子、市场因子、关系因子。其中能力因子与市场因子对失地农民职业转换有显著影响。有鉴于此，需要加强对失地农民职业认知的合理引导，提升失地农民的职业素养和职业能力，以产业发展带动失地农民就业和创业，最终完成失地农民的职业转换。%The paper generalizes the three factors that affect the profession transition of the landless farmers by factor analysis of the cognition of profession acquisition of landless farmers in the Hangjiahu area.These factors are capacity factor,relationship factor,and marketing factor.Among these factors capacity and marketing affect profession transition of landless farmers significantly.So the government should strengthen the guidance of profession cognition of landless farmers,promote the landless farmers 'professional quality and professional ability,and promote the industrial development in order to create more employment and entrepreneurship.As a result,the profession transition of landless farmers will be achieved ultimately.
