基于渗透率的配电网分布式电源接入主动管理体系研究

摘要

A theoretical foundation of distributed generator access to the active management system is established on the series study of the local control standards of distributed generator penetration rate. By studying the impact of distributed generator penetration rate in different regional power grid,the countermeasures are put forward,and the internal linkage mechanism in power supply enterprise is formed so that the active management system is established.These measures provide guarantee for effi-cient and standardized distributed generator access.%通过系列研究确定适应地方特点分布式电源渗透率控制标准，建立布式电源接入主动管理体系的理论基础。通过研究区域电网渗透率变化带来的影响，提出应对措施，对内形成供电企业相关部门联动机制，建立主动管理体系，为分布式电源规范、高效接入提供切实保障。
