配电网中分布式电源接入体系研究

         

摘要

The distributed power generation provides great support on distribution network safety, reliability and economic operation, the energy crisis and environmental problems are also effectively alleviated. However, the impacts of the distribution network bring by the distributed power different levels of access, capacity and location should be the considered. The impact of distributed power access to the distribution network and the relevant constraints complied by the distributed power distribution are analyzed in this paper. The ac⁃cess system of the distributed power considering different factors is presented, the distributed power capacity and optimal access capacity calculation principles and methods are presented in details. A typical PV system distribution network accessing to the power system of 33 nodes is achieved based on the realization of the access system and the direction of the access system proposed in this paper is verified.%分布式电源的产生,对配电网的安全、可靠、经济运行提供了巨大支撑,有效缓解了能源危机及环境问题。在分布式电源接入过程中,需要考虑不同的接入等级、接入容量及位置对配电网带来的影响。针对配电网中分布式电源的接入,分析了分布式电源接入对配电网的影响及分布式电源接入配电网应遵守的相关约束条件;综合考虑了不同因素,提出了配电网中分布式电源的接入体系,详细介绍了分布式电源接入准入容量和最优接入容量计算原则及方法;在所提分布电源接入体系基础上,实现了在典型光伏系统接入33节点配电网中,验证该体系有助于指导分布式电源的接入。
