TARGET 模式与小学语文阅读教学中学习动机的激发

摘要

动机作为一种非智力心理因素，对小学语文教学有着极其重要的影响。在语文教学中要重视学习动机，而不能仅仅重视注意、记忆、思维、想象等智力因素。在多种动机理论基础上发展起来的 TARGET 模式为激发小学生的语文学习动机提供了便于操作的借鉴。但语文课程有其自身的特点，必须在致力于学生语文素养提高的基础上，运用 TARGET 模式来构建能激发小学生学习动机的、有效的语文课堂教学。%As a non intelligence psychological factors,motivation has an extremely important influ-ence on Chinese teaching.In Chinese teaching focus should be put not only on attention,memory,think-ing,imagination and other mental factors,but also on motivation of learning.Developed from various motivation theories,TARGET model provides a useful guidance to stimulate students’motivation of learning Chinese.Due to the characteristics of Chinese teaching,the effective Chinese teaching directed by TARGET model should be based on the development of Chinese ability.
