控冷工艺对热轧盘条氧化皮耐腐蚀性的影响

     

摘要

为了提高热轧盘条的表面质量,采用热模拟实验研究了不同冷却温度、不同冷却速度对热轧盘条表面氧化皮性质的影响.用X射线衍射检测氧化皮的物象组成,用扫描电镜观察氧化皮的表面形貌、厚度、致密度,用加速失重腐蚀实验检测氧化皮的耐蚀性.研究结果表明:温度过高导致氧化皮厚并产生裂纹,温度过低氧化皮薄,起不到保护作用;快速冷却能形成致密氧化皮,且氧化皮中Fe2O3含量减少,Fe3O4和FeO比例增加,有利于提高氧化皮的性能,慢速冷却则氧化层厚.%In order to improve the surface quality of steel scale on wire rod, the influence of the cooling rate and the cooling temperature on the corrosion resistance of iron oxide scale on hot-rolled wire rod was investigated.The scale composition was analyzed primarily through XRD.The scale surface feature, the thickness and the tightness were observed through SEM.The anti-corrosive performance of steel scale was observed through accelerated corrosion tests.The results have indicated that the exorbitant temperature results in thick iron scale and crack, and the low temperature results in thin iron scale without protection value.The tight steel scale can be formed with rapid cooling, and the content of Fe2O3 in the iron scale decreases when the content ratio of Fe3O4 to FeO increases.This enhances the properties of the iron scale.The iron scale is thick with slow cooling.
