地方高校研究生创新基地建设实践与探索

摘要

创新基地建设是培养应用型创新人才的途径之一。湖南工业大学商学院通过4年的研究生创新基地建设实践，确立了以培养地方经济所需的应用型创新人才为建设目标，成立双委员会，实行双导师制，实施研究生选拔和激励制度以及建立校、企、生三方责权利制的建设模式，从而为地方高校研究生创新基地建设提供了新的思路。%Postgraduate innovation base construction is one way to train applicative innovation talents. Through four-year practice of postgraduate innovation base construction, School of Business, Hunan University of Technology established a construc- tion goal which is to train applicative innovation talents for local economy, and construction models which is to set up double com- mittees and double tutors, postgraduates chosen and motivation, and build the system of responsibilities, power and interests of u- niversities, enterprises and postgraduates, it is to offer a new idea for postgraduate innovation base construction of local colleges and universities.
