我国各区域工业企业R＆D活动发展变化分析

摘要

According to the 2008 economic census yearbook, the reasons of the development of R&D are different in different area of China. First using factor analysis and clustering analysis, the R&D activity is comprehensively evaluated, the results show that R&D activity level is directly associated with the foundation and the total quantity of R&D activities, the use efficiency of R&D expenditure as well as the output ability of R&D staff. Based on the results, the corresponding countermeasures are given.%根据2008年经济普查年鉴,探讨了我国不同区域工业企业R＆D活动发展变化的原因。首先运用数据,采用因子分析、聚类分析等方法综合评价了各地区R＆D活动,结果显示R＆D活动差异与R＆D基础投入、R＆D使用效率和资源配置等三个方面有直接关系,从R＆D政策、环境及投入等多角度寻求变化的原因并给出相应的对策。
