羟基红花黄色素A的现代研究新进展

摘要

羟基红花黄色素A(Hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA)是中药红花提取物中主要的水溶性成分之一,HSYA的活性相继被发现,国内外利用现代分析仪器和分子生物学技术对其结构和作用机制以及相关作用靶点开展了较为深入系统的研究.本文从HSYA的提取、分离、纯化、含量测定、稳定性、药动学以及药理作用等来综述近几年国内外对HSYA的研究成果,以期对HSYA的进一步开发利用提供依据.%The hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) is a major water-soluble component isolated from extracts of red flowers which is a medicinal plant in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Variety of its pharmacological activities have been reported.Using modern analytical and molecular biological techniques,intensive studies have been done on the structure,mechanism of action and effect targets of this compound.To offer a basis for further application,this paper discussed recent development and progress in extraction,isolation,purification,assaying,stability,pharmacokinetic and pharmacological effects of HSYA.
