张小萍教授分期论治溃疡性结肠炎经验探讨

摘要

溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）的发病机制现代医学迄今尚未阐明。张小萍教授从中医理论出发，认为本病的主要病机特点表现为虚、毒、瘀、郁4方面，是以脾胃虚弱为本，湿热瘀毒、肝郁气滞为标，临床辨治UC，急性期多辨为湿热瘀毒蕴结大肠，缓解期分为脾虚湿热型、肝郁脾虚型和脾肾阳虚型3型论治。%〔Abstract〕 Ulcerative colitis (UC) causes have not been clarified by modern medicine. Professor Zhang Xiaoping, from the Chinese medicine theory, thought that the main pathogenesis characteristics of virtual, poison, blood stasis, depression, is based on spleen and stomach weakness, present symptoms of hot and humid poison and blood stasis, liver depression and Qi stagnation. UC was treated differentially in clinic, diagnosed as damp and hot block in large intestine at cute stage, and at remittent stage was divided into spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type, liver stangation and spleen deficiency type and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.
