基于蜘蛛手与接烟轮系统几何模型和运动学模型,研究了烟支交接的运动学特性。根据运动学模型,以活动手、固定手烟道中心分别与蜘蛛手吸爪内、外烟道中心的相对位移和相对速度为评价指标分析了烟支交接质量。结果表明:不同生产速度下,接烟轮和蜘蛛手轮的转角基本不变,2对烟道交接中心的相对位移均趋近于0,相对速度较小,且与烟支生产速度呈同向变化,有利于烟支交接;烟支交接时,固定手烟道与蜘蛛手外烟道的相对位移和相对速度比活动手烟道与蜘蛛手内烟道的要小,烟支交接更加稳定。%Based on the geometric model and kinematics model of spider mechanism and transfer cigarette wheel mechanism, the kinematics characteristics of cigarette transfer are studied. According to the kinematics model, the cigarette transfer process is analyzed on the basis of two evaluation criterion, which are relative displacement and relative velocity between the smoke groove center of retractable hand, fixed hand in transfer cigarette wheel mechanism and suction claw in spider mechanism, and the indicators impact on cigarette handover process. The results show that under different production speeds, the rotation angles of spider mechanism and transfer cigarette wheel mechanism are unchanged, the relative displacements of two transfer centers are closed to zero, and the relative velocity is low and changes in the same direction with production speed, which is conducive to the cigarette transfer. The relative displacement and velocity between fix hand and spider hand are lower than that between retractable hand and spider hand, the former cigarette transferring is more stable.
