试论湖南市州级开放学院的组织管理

湖南市州级开放学院要在当今时代站稳脚跟、有所作为、向前发展,必须大力加强组织管理,构建具有鲜明特色的开放大学组织管理体系、体制和机制。为此,要明确湖南市州级开放学院组织管理的涵义、特征和意义,把握湖南市州级开放学院组织管理的基本内容,采取加强湖南市州级开放学院组织管理的有力措施。%In order to gain a firm foothold, make a development in the society, the open universities at prefectural and city levels in Hunan Province should strengthen the organization and management.
