试论继续教育培训质量的内部管理

摘要

The continuing education in our country has entered into a rapid development period .It has a positive trend with rising de-mand, rapid growth and profound potential , yet it still has some problems , e.g.low quality, disordered school operaton and lack of self -discipline, etc.it’s essential to set up scientific quality outlook , total quality management, to create continuing education and training model , to promote the remote service platform for information construction so as to adapt to the quality demand from the continuing educa -tion and training .%我国的继续教育已经进入快速发展的时期，继续教育培训市场呈现出需求旺、增长快、潜力大的态势，但同时也存在着忽视质量、办学无序、缺乏自律等现象。需要树立科学的质量观，实施全面质量管理，创新继续教育培训模式，推进远程服务平台信息化建设，以适应时代对继续教育培训提出的质量要求。
