长沙市大学生艾滋病知识、态度的现况调查

摘要

目的:了解长沙市大学生对艾滋病(AIDS)知识、态度、行为的掌握程度,探讨针对长沙市大学生有效的AIDS宣传教育方式.方法:采用匿名问卷调查方式,整群抽取长沙市三所大学学生进行现况调查.结果:长沙市大学生AIDS基本知识全项回答正确率31.3％；3大传播途径知晓率达90％以上；对艾滋病感染者及病人存在恐惧和歧视；大学生对艾滋病主要高危行为和高危人群的知晓率均在67.5％以上.但有48.6％的学生错误地把蚊虫叮咬等当作艾滋痛的传播途径；95％以上大学生愿意接受并参与艾滋病知识宣传.结论:长沙市大学生具有一定的艾滋病知识,但仍需进一步加强宣传教育.%Objective To researth the condition of knowledge behavior and attitude of AIDS among university students in ChangSha, explore the effective method for AIDS education on the university students. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in three university In ChangSha. Results The rate of correctly answered all the questions about AIDS was 31.3%. The awareness rate on three transmission routes was above 90%. Some students showed fear and discrimination for AIDS patient. Over 67.5% of the students had knowledge about high risk crowd and high risk behavior of infected HIV. But 48.6% of the students had a wrong idea that the mosquito could transmit the HIV. More than 95% of the university students would like to participate in the program about AIDS. Conclusion The university students had some knowledge about AIDS, but further education is needed.
