关节镜下修复肩袖损伤的临床结果及其与年龄因素的相关性分析

摘要

Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and its correlation with age factor. Methods The patients of different age were divided into 5 groups, 50 to 55 years old group, 56-60 years old group, 61-65 years old group, 66-70 years group, over 70 years old group with 10 cases in each group. All injured patients were received arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, the changes of UCLA and VAS scores were compared between the patients in each group before and after surgery. The differences of UCLA and VAS scores after surgery were analyzed between the groups, and the correlation between age and UCLA score and VAS score were compared. Results UCLA scores of Patients in each group after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery, VAS scores of Patients were significantly lower than those before surgery. There were signifi-cant differences of the UCLA scores and VAS scores between the two groups after the operation. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between age and UCLA scores, and there was a significant positive correlation between age and VAS scores. Conclusions The postoperative recovery effects of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair were related to age factor, and provide the basis for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in patients with different age.%目的：探讨关节镜下修复肩袖损伤的临床结果及其与年龄因素的相关性分析。方法：按照年龄的不同将患者划分为5个年龄段，50～55岁组，56～60岁组，61～65岁组，66～70岁组，>70岁组，每组10例患者，所有患者均行关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术，对比每组患者术前术后 UCLA 评分和 VAS 评分的变化。分析各组患者之间术后 UCLA 评分和 VAS 评分的差异，并对年龄与 UCLA 评分和 VAS 评分的相关性进行比较。结果：各组患者手术后UCLA评分均显著高于手术前，术后 VAS 评分均显著低于手术前，术后各组之间的 UCLA评分和 VAS评分差异两两比较均有统计学意义。相关性分析结果显示年龄与 UCLA 评分之间存在显著负相关关系，年龄与 VAS 评分之间存在显著正相关关系。结论：关节镜下修复肩袖损伤的术后恢复效果与年龄具有相关性，为不同年龄段患者行关节镜下肩袖修补术提供依据。
