Morning Herald has the prominent reporting style of deeper dig and making the most use of news resources. The formation of this style is the result of the dual roles of editorial policy guidance and institutional constraints. Under the double incentives of Newspaper interests and personal interests, making the most use of news resources has become a system and habit of Morning Herald.%善于深入挖掘、充分利用新闻资源是《潇湘晨报》突出的报道风格。而这种作风的形成，是编辑方针引导与制度约束双重作用的结果。在报社利益与个人利益的双重激励之下，“资源尽其用”已成为《潇湘晨报》的制度与习惯。
