浅谈大学生隐性思想政治教育方法

摘要

长期以来，高校对大学生进行思想政治教育主要采用“理论灌输”方法，为了提高思想政治教育的效果，高校思想政治教育理论界不断地探索新的思想政治教育方法。隐性思想政治教育方法以其潜隐性等独特优势有效地弥补了显性教育方法的不足。高校在思想政治教育的过程中实施隐性思想政治教育方法，能充分发挥教师的人格魅力，挖掘大学课程中的隐性思想政治教育资源，培育积极向上的校园文化环境。%For a long time, universities and colleges have mainly adopted“Instillation of Theory” method in ideological and political education.In order to improve the effects of ideological and political education, universities and colleges must explore new educational methods.The recessive method of political and ideological education has its unique advantages and effectively makes up for the disadvantages of dominant education methods.Implementation of the recessive method of politi-cal and ideological education can fully exert the charming of teachers’personality, cultivate resources of the recessive meth-od of political and ideological education and mine positive environment of campus culture.
