通过对有机半导体发光器件(ITO/PPV/AL)中载流子传输特性的研究,分析了空间电荷对器件中电流的影响,对电流密度J与薄膜厚度d的关系进行了分析,并讨论了获得较高的电致发光效率所用的薄膜的厚度变化范围和掺杂的影响.%We studied the influence of space charge on the carriers in organic light-emitting devices(ITO/PPV/AL) through researching on the characteristic of the carriers transportation in this paper. The relationbetween the current density J and the thickness of organic films was analyzed also. The range of the thickness offilms and doped effect for increasing light-emitting efficiency was discussed.
