箱梁大体积混凝土冬季施工水化热效应研究

             

摘要

Aiming at the earlier temperature crack phenomenon of massive concrete box 0# 、1# part caused by hydration-heat thermal stress during construction,based on theory of heat conduction which followed the principle of the conservation of energy,using the module of program MidasFEA,we analyze the hydration heat temperature field and thermal stress field of the two times-casting box girder when 3m-thick web plate effected by water pipe cooling in winter.The calculation result indicates that the early thermal stress in the location of edges-and-corners and the interface of the up-and-lower of the web plate belong to the first-time casting concrete can’t be neglected.According to the conclusion of the research,some reasonable methods for controlling of the hydration temperature effects are presented,the simulate projects can refer to it.%针对连续箱梁0#、1#块大体积混凝土因浇筑时水化热温度应力导致的早期开裂现象,基于遵循能量守恒定律的热传导基本理论,利用有限元软件MidasFEA的水化热分析模块,分析了在墩顶3m厚横隔板内有冷却水管作用时,冬季大体积混凝土箱梁"二次浇筑"的早期水化热温度场和应力场.计算表明,水化热引起第一次浇筑混凝土横隔板的棱角处及接近上下层交界面附近的早期温度应力是不容忽视的.根据研究结论,提出了一些控制水化热温度效应的合理建议,可供同类工程参考.
