基于层次-集对分析法的工业企业电气安全可靠性评价

         

摘要

为了有效地评价工业企业电气系统的安全可靠性,降低因电气事故造成的人员伤亡及财产损失,提高工业电气安全系统管理工作的科学性和针对性,综合考虑工业电气系统因素较多、模糊性强和复杂多变等特点,提出了层次分析与集对分析相结合的安全评价方法。从“人-机-环-管”出发,结合层次分析模型,建立电气安全可靠性评价指标体系并确定各评价指标权重;以多元联系数为基础构建集对分析评价模型,结合专家赋值,确定电气系统安全可靠性等级。运用该综合评价方法,对某工厂电气系统进行评价。结果表明:该工厂电气安全等级处于“中”等级,集对势为“微同势”,存在一定的风险性。针对该工厂电气安全系统存在的问题提出了相应的整改措施,为企业的电气安全管理提供科学参考。%In order to appraise the safety and reliability of electric system in industrial enterprises effectively, reduce casualties and property losses for electric accident, and improve the scientificity and pertinence in systematic management of industrial electric safety. Considering the characteristic of electric safety system, which is multi-factorial, fuzzy, complex and changeable, an evaluation model was built by combining analytic hierarchy process with set pair analysis. The evaluation index of electric safety system was determined through the analysis of various factors that had effects on safety operation of industrial electric by analytic hierarchy process. The condition level of industrial electric safety was obtained through expert evaluating method and set pair analysis model based on multi-element connection number. To prove the feasibility and practicality of the integrated evaluation method, this method was applied to a practical example. The results showed that the level of electric safety system for the example was 2-level, with serious problems existing in this practical example, and the corresponding measures were proposed, which can provide scientific reference for industrial electric safety management.
