Assessment of Electrical Safety in Afghanistan.

We assessed the effectiveness of command efforts to ensure the electrical safety of Department of Defense occupied and constructed facilities in Afghanistan. We visited a series of sites throughout Afghanistan, reviewed current efforts to assess electrical safety, and performed electrical assessments.
