Those instructors who undertake students＇ideological and political education in independent college are clear about neither career planning nor Post responsibility, holding the heavy and complicated daily affairs, building a professional specialized independent institute political instructor team is a social benefiting engineering to develop high quality students,and it＇s also a basic requirements to realize the value of instructor as well as improve independent college＇s reputation .%承担着独立学院学生思想政治教育工作的辅导员职业规划不清晰，岗位职责不明确，担任着繁复的日常性事务，而建造一支职业化、专业化的独立学院辅导员队伍既是培养高素质大学生的惠民工程，也是实现辅导员个人价值、提高驶立学院社会声誉的基础要求。
