提升政府行政能力的有效途径

摘要

Enhance administrative efficiency,strengthen administrative ability is the need to effective complete the administrative work,realize the scientific administration and construct an effective government.There are some problems of administrative norms,sectional function overlapping,inadequate supervision and administrative efficiency is low exist in administrative efficacy development.We should promote the local government to enhance service awareness,improve service quality,strengthen the construction of ability of administration through enhancing administrative efficiency consciousness perfecting the supervision system,improving service way,perfecting administrative accountability mechanism%提升行政效能、加强行政能力建设是我国各级地方政府全面有效完成各项行政工作,实现科学执政和建设一个效能政府的需要。我国各级地方行政部门在行政效能建设中存在着行政不规范、部门职能交叉重复、监督力度不够、行政效能低下等问题,必须通过强化行政效能意识、完善监管体制、改进服务方式、完善行政问责机制等方式推动地方政府提高服务意识,提升服务质量,全面加强行政能力建设。
