职业院校文化基础课教师的专业融通能力培养

摘要

文化基础课教师在职业院校的教育体制中发挥着重要的作用,但实践中一些文化基础课教师往往忽略专业设置,影响和制约职业教育的发展。需要从观念的增强、专业知识的培训、教学方法的改进、融通能力的评价等方面加强对文化基础课教师专业融通能力的培养。%Basic courses in vocational teacher education system plays an important roles,but in practice some of the basic courses of professional training of teachers is often overlooked,influence and restrict the development of vocational education.Need to awareness-raising、expertise in training、improvement of teaching methods、intermediation capacity assessment etc,to achieve the basic courses of teachers＇ professional facility ability.
