With the development of economy and society, China's highway construction has made great achievements, road construction companies have found an opportunity of development, and are constantly becoming stronger. but in constant development, China highway construction enterprises has confronted difficulties and problems, some of which have even endangered the survival and development of enterprises. To lead the development of enterprises to a normal state, companies must find effective ways to solve these problems. In order to survive and develop,the highway construction enterprises must ensure a certain profit, gain power for sustainable development in the market competition, and ultimately achieve profitable business purposes, which is a major problem every business must face. In this paper, the influence from highway construction enterprises to the environment is discussed, and relevant management measures are put forward, which aim at promoting the sustainable development of enterprises and the enterprises survival in the fierce market competition.%随着经济的发展与社会的进步，我国公路建设取得了巨大的成果，作为公路建设核心的公路施工企业也从中找到了发展的契机，正不断变得强大，但是，在不断的发展，中公路施工企业不可避免的遇到了很多的困难和问题，有些问题甚至已经危及企业的生存和发展，为了将企业的发展引向正轨，企业必须找到有效的办法去解决这些问题。公路施工企业要想获得生存和发展，就必须确保一定的利润，在市场竞争中获得可持续发展的动力，最终达到企业赢利的目的，是每个企业必须面临的重大问题。本文就公路施工企业对环境的影响展开论述，并提出了相关的管理措施，旨在促进企业的可持续发展，从而让企业在激烈的市场竞争中能生存下去。
