增强高校德育工作实效性的方法论探析

德育工作是高校人才培养的重要组成部分，但目前高校德育工作实效性未尽人意。本文从方法论角度探讨影响德育工作实效性的因素，并构建增强德育工作实效性的路径。%The moral education work is an important part of cultivating talents in colleges and universities, but now the actual effect of the moral education work in colleges and universities did not live up to expectations. This paper discusses factors that influence the actual effect of moral education from the points of view of methodology, and build the path to enhance the actual effect of moral education.
