“落实好对经济困难学生的资助工作,组织好高校学生的勤工助学,积极帮助困难学生完成学业”[1]是辅导员的基本职责之一,然而在实际工作中,既要公平透明,资助准确又要保护隐私,考虑影响,既要物质帮扶,安稳生活又需心灵指导,精神自强,因此辅导员在“贫困资格”认定的组织工作和在育人助心的思想引导中存在两难处境,再加上当代社会苦难教育缺失、世俗化评价标准泛滥,使得资助理念的转变更加困难。%Implement good funding for economic difficulties students’work, well organized work-study program of university students, actively help difficult students complete their studies, [1] is one of the basic role of counselor, in practice, however, be fair and transparent, funding accurately and to protect privacy, considering influence, should not only material support, wellbeing and spiritual guidance, spirit of self-improvement, therefore the counselor in the qualification of“poverty”recognition of the organization and the guide in education helps the heart's thoughts exist in the dilemma, combined with the contemporary social suffering lack of education, secular evaluation standard, making it harder to finance concept transformation.
