高校学生管理中的不公平现象：表现、影响与对策

教育公平是高校学生管理中的重要部分，它能够对校园和谐建设造成一定的影响。然而如今一些不公平的现象，正在高校学生管理的很多方面发生，对大学生的思想和心理都造成不利的影响。本文将梳理高校学生管理中不公平现象的表现及分析产生的原因，对大学生产生的影响及对策进行分析研究。%Fair Education is an essential part in student management in colleges and universities, which influences the constructing a harmonious campus. However, some unfair phenomenon have taken place in sutent management, which badly influences students'thought and psychology. This paper illustrates the unfair phenomenon in student management and analyzes its causes, and studies the influence from the unfair to students and its contermeasures.
