酸铝与铅复合污染对大豆幼苗生长的影响

     

摘要

The effect of acid aluminum together with lead on the growth of soybean seeding was in-vestigated by a pot experiment. The results show that the both of acid aluminum and lead obviously affect soybean germination and growth, reduce soybean fibrous roots, and make roots become thick short and dark. There is complex interaction in the effect of acid aluminum and lead on the growth of soybean,and the characteristic of the interaction depends on pollution level combination,soybean types and apparatus. The order of factors influencing the plant height is:acid>lead>acid × lead;The order of factors influen-cing the root length is:acid>lead≈acid × lead. With the severity of acidification degree,exchangeable a-luminum content increases significantly, while the hydroxy aluminum is on the decline but not along;When the degree of acidification phase is at the same time,the exchange aluminum content decreases with the increase of lead,while the hydroxy aluminum content rises. Lead is at the state of water solubility,ex-changeable state,car-bonate state,Fe-Mn oxide combination state. The interaction of acid aluminum and lead is probably related to that lead affects the existing form of aluminum. 8figs. ,3tabs. ,15refs.%通过盆栽试验研究了酸铝和铅的复合污染对大豆幼苗生长的影响及其交互作用.结果表明,不同酸和铅处理对大豆种子萌发和长势产生明显影响;酸铝和铅均使大豆须根减少,须根变得粗而短,颜色变深.酸铝与铅对大豆幼苗生长的影响具有复杂交互作用,交互作用在不同的水平组合及不同植物器官上具有不同的特点.影响株高因素的主次顺序为:酸>铅>酸×铅,影响根长因素的主次顺序为:酸>铅≈酸×铅.随着酸化程度的提高,交换性铝的含量显著提高,吸附态羟基铝整体呈下降趋势.当酸化程度相同时,交换态铝随外源铅的增多而减小,吸附态羟基铝呈上升之势.外源铅进入土壤后,主要以活性较高的水溶态、可交换态、碳酸盐结合态和Fe-Mn氧化物结合态存在.酸铝和铅的交互作用可能与铅的加入影响土壤铝的形态有关.图8,表3,参15.
