农民工融入城市问题:动因、困境与对策

Migrant farm workers integrating into the city are their own requirement, the inevitable requirement inherent need for the development of the country's modernization and social stability and harmony. Migrant workers into the city have made remarkable progress since the reform and opening up, while they are facing multiple difficulties. In this regard, it should be accelerating institutional innovation and to take effective measures to further get rid of migrant workers into the city's various institutional barriers, to further improve the quality of rural migrant workers and to optimize the urban population absorptive capacity, and further to promote the classification implementation of central planning and local organic combination.%　　农民工融入城市是农民工自身的利益诉求、国家现代化发展的内在需要和实现社会稳定和谐的必然要求。改革开放以来农民工融入城市取得了显著进展，同时又面临多重困境。因此，应当加快推进制度创新和采取有力举措，进一步破除农民工融入城市的各种制度性障碍，进一步提高农民工素质和优化城市人口吸纳能力，进一步推动中央统筹规划和地方分类实施的有机结合。
