基于新鲜半径的中小超市农产品联合采购论

     

摘要

长期以来,超市生鲜农产品经营区处于低利润甚至负利润状态,大型超市率先利用"农超对接"采购模式提高了经营利润,而与城市居民生活密切相关的中小超市由于规模小和资金不足,多通过批发市场采购生鲜农产品,导致其质量和价格上难以同大型超市竞争。而根据联合采购理论,引入新鲜半径的概念,并与廖什市场区位论相结合分析发现:只要中小超市联合采购满足一定的成立条件,在适当的生鲜农产品运作模式及合作范围下,中小超市也可采用联合采购模式来实现农超对接,降低采购成本,提高灵活度和竞争力。%Supermarkets have low profit even no profit on managing fresh agricultural products in China. The big supermarkets boost profits first by using "agricultural super-docking", while large number of small and medium supermarkets closely related with city citizen's life compete with large supermarkets difficultly for they run in traditional way because of their smaller scale and less capital. Introducing the concept of fresh radius based on the theory of joint procurement, this paper analyzes the condition of the small and medium supermarket joint procurement combining with Losch's market location theory, and come to a conclusion that the small and medium supermarkets can improve competitiveness by using joint procurement.
