低技术节能策略在四川新农村住宅中的应用探讨*--以广汉市西外乡楠林村2号聚居点住宅设计为例

摘要

村镇建设科技发展“十二五”专项规划中强调推进村镇低成本节能住宅建造技术体系开发。以此为出发点，以绿色建筑科学体系理论为依据，对四川新农村住宅的节能进行研究，并以广汉市西外乡楠木村2号聚居点住宅设计实践为例，从住宅设计和低技术节能技术应用两个方面入手，探寻符合现阶段四川农村实际情况的节能住宅设计策略。%The rural constructional development of science and technology in the 12th Five-Year special planning emphasizes that it should promote the development of the technology system in building the rural low-cost and energy-saving residential constructions. Based on the theory of the green-building scientiifc system, this paper studies the energy-saving effects of the new rural residence in Sichuan province. Taking the residence design of No.2 settlements in Nanlin village, Xiwai township, Guanghan city as an example, it explores the energy-saving strategies in accordance with the status quo of the rural areas in Sichuan province.
