Al(OH)_3/POE无卤阻燃复合材料的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

针对POE弹性体的易燃特点,对其进行阻燃改性.研究了氢氧化铝(ATH)及其表面处理,以及ATH与包覆红磷(CRP)复配对POE性能的影响.结果表明:ATH用量的增加能够提高复合材料的氧指数和水平燃烧等级,但垂直燃烧等级提升不明显,且大量填充ATH导致复合材料力学性能严重劣化;采用铝酸酯表面改性ATH能提高其力学性能,当铝酸酯用量为ATH质量的2.5%时效果最好,但材料的阻燃性能随着铝酸酯用量的增加而下降.ATH与CRP复配能显著提升复合材料的阻燃性能,当m(POE)∶m(ATH)∶m(CRP)=100∶120∶18时,复合材料综合性能最优,其氧指数为30.7,水平和垂直燃烧级别分别为FH-1和FV-0级别,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为12.44MPa和621.34%.%The property influence of the aluminum hydroxide(ATH),the surface treatment of ATH,and the cooperation of coated red phosphorus(CRP) and ATH to POE are studied.The results show that the limited oxygen index and horizontal flame level of composite is improved with the increase of ATH's quantity,but the improvement of vertical flame level is not obvious.The mechanics performance of composite is seriously degradated with high filling quantity of ATH.The surface modification of ATH with aluminum acid ester can improve the mechanics performance of composite.The effect will be the best when the quantity of aluminum acid ester accouts for 2.5% of the quality of ATH,but the flame retardant performance of composite is degradated with the increase of aluminum acid ester.The cooperation of ATH and CRP can improve the flame retardant performance of composite significantly.The whole property of composite is the best when the mass ratio of POE/ATH/CRP is 100/120/18,the limited oxygen index is 30.7,the horizontal and vertical flame level are FH-1 and FV-0 respectively,the tensile strength and elongation at break are 12.44Mpa and 621.34% respectively.
