苯酚修饰的超高交联吸附树脂合成及其对没食子酸的吸附性能研究

     

摘要

以1,4-二氯甲基苯(XDC)为原料,通过付-克反应一步合成超高交联吸附树脂ZDX,利用树脂ZDX上残留的氯甲基和苯酚反应,得到苯酚修饰的吸附树脂ZDX-1,以吸附树脂XAD-4作为参考,考察了树脂ZDX-1对水溶液中没食子酸的吸附性能.树脂ZDX-1的结构表征表明,树脂内部以微孔为主,树脂ZDX-1对水溶液中没食子酸的吸附性能优于XAD-4,树脂内部的微孔结构及较大的比表面积是主要原因.吸附数据可以用Langmuir和Freundlich方程很好地进行拟合;静态吸附动力学研究表明,树脂对没食子酸的吸附符合准二级吸附动力学方程;动态小柱吸附结果中,树脂对没食子酸吸附量高达34.02 mg/g,1%氢氧化钾溶液对树脂具有很好的再生效果.结果表明,树脂ZDX-1可以有效吸附水溶液中的没食子酸.%Hypercrosslinked resin ZDX was synthesized from XDC through Friedel-Crafts reaction in one step, and phenol modified adsorption resin ZXD-1 was prepared using residual chloromethyl on resin ZDX with phenol. The adsorptive properties of ZDX-1 toward gallic acid aqueous solutions was studied, and the commercial polymeric adsorbent XAD-4 was employed as reference. The structure and characterization of resin ZDX-1 indicated that micropores was the predominant pore. The adsorption capacity of gallic acid on resin ZDX-1 was larger than that on resin XAD-4 due to the dominant micropores and the high specific surface area.Langmuir and Freundlich equation were invited to character the equilibrium data. The pseudo-second-order rate equation could fit the kinetic data well and the dynamic adsorption capacity of gallic acid on resin ZDX-1 was as high as 34.02 mg/g dry resin and the mixed solution of 1% of KOH regenerated the resin column well. The results of the study indicate that resin ZDX-1 is an efficient adsorbent for removing gallic acid from aqueous solutions.
