硅泥制备蒸压加气混凝土研究

     

摘要

利用废弃物尾矿硅泥替代河砂,与水泥、石灰、石膏等材料配合制备蒸压加气混凝土.研究硅泥含量与颗粒比表面积对蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度、绝干密度的影响,并使用XRD和SEM测试方法研究蒸压加气混凝土砌块形成的微观机理.结果表明,硅泥粉磨20 min、比表面积为358.1 m2·kg-1、原材料比例为,硅泥:水泥:石灰:石膏=60:12:25:3时,砌块强度最高达到5 MPa,平均抗压强度4.0 MPa以上,满足A3.5加气混凝土的要求;砌块表观密度均小于625 kg·m-3,达到B06等级;砌块中C-S-H凝胶与托贝莫来石以及未反应的石英的胶结作用增强其强度.%Using the abandoned tailings silica mud, instead of river sand, with cement, lime, gypsum and other materials to prepare the autoclaved aerated concrete.The effects of specific surface area and content of silica mud on the compressive strength and dry density of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks were studied, the microscopic mechanism of the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks was studied by XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that the silicon mud grinding 20 min and the surface area is 358.1 m2 · kg-1 , the proportion of raw material for silicon mud :cement :lime :gypsum =60 :12 :25 :3, the test block strength up to 5 MPa, the average compressive strength of 4 MPa and above, in full compliance with the A3.5 requirements of aerated concrete block table;the apparent density is less than 625 g· cm -3 , has reached B06 level;The strength of the block was enhanced by the way of cementation which include C-S-H gel、tobermorite and unreacted quartz.
