抗日战争时期日伪在湖北沦陷区的鸦片毒化政策

摘要

During the period of Anti-Japanese War,for anesthetizing the thought and weakening the fighting will of Chinese people as well as plundering the economy of the occupied areas,the Japanese armies in the central China ordered the Puppet regime to carry out their crazy opium and drug policy.They legislated the use and monopoly of opium,and instigated the use and planting of opium.The Japanese and Puppet regime＇s opium and drug policy brought serious disasters to the Chinese people in occupied areas,and made them suffering the toxicity of opium while enduring the huge devastation of the war and the trample by the Japanese and Puppet regime.%抗日战争时期,华中日军为了麻醉沦陷区人民的思想,削弱人民的斗志,掠夺沦陷区的经济,指使湖北各级伪政府在沦陷区实行疯狂的鸦片毒化政策。他们制定法律,通过＂鸦片专卖＂使销售和吸食毒品合法化,同时,采取各种措施,鼓励民众吸毒,强迫民众种植鸦片。日伪的毒化政策,给湖北沦陷区造成了深重的灾难,使广大民众在经受战火摧残和敌伪蹂躏之后,又饱受烟毒之害。
