论高校廉洁文化建设长效机制的构建

摘要

Construetion of probity eulture in higher edueation institiution is a eomplex long-term soeial system engineering, the importance of which is determined by the natural quality of probity culture. It is also the key factor to increase the management efficiency as well as to cultivate the core competence. The point is to build up the sound institutional mechanism and supervisory meehanism as well as the mechanism of convergence and permeation of campus culture. Hence it will strengthen the pertinenee and effeetiveness in eonstructing probity eulture in higher education institiutions.%高校廉洁文化建设是一项复杂的长期的社会系统工程，构建这一体系的重要性是由廉洁文化的自然属性所决定，也是提升高校管理效能和核心竞争力的关键因素。高校廉洁文化建设长效机制构建的关键点在于建立健全高校廉洁文化的制度机制、监督机制、与校园文化建设的融合渗透机制，为此才能真正增强高校廉洁文化建设的针对性和实效性。
