School of modem Chinese language set up in the Commercial Fress t~orresponaence ~cnools .ex~my establishes the non-academic correspondence education system in the form of short-term training courses, which is neither different from "Regular Course", nor different from "Special Course", mainly for primary school teachers. The new-typed open education system is in line with the needs of actual development of the Republic of China, so the non- academic correspondence education system makes significant teaching effectiveness. And its teaching system, teachers constitution, textbook characteristics, curriculum, face-to-face teaching links as well as the practice of applying electronic media to correspondence education are with valuable insights and significance for teacher education career of training the primary and secondary school teachers by the non-academic correspondence education system.
