高校图书馆员搜商培养探微

摘要

搜商是指人们搜集整理信息,获取新知识的能力。它是高校图书馆员应具备的基本知识能力,图书馆应通过培训、激励等措施,提高图书馆员的搜商。%This paper introduces the connotation of Search Quotient（SQ）,expounds the importance of improving SQ of librarians,and puts forward some measures for cultivating SQ of librarians.
