校企合作助推泉州民营企业“二次创业”

摘要

At present, Quanzhou private enterprises are“doing pioneering work for the second time,” but the enterprise innovation ability is insufficient, failing to form the core competitiveness. This paper explores the necessity of school and enterprise cooperation, the possible mode of cooperation, and the proposal for further strengthened cooperation. It cites the win-win cooperation between Quanzhou Normal University and Quanzhou enterprises, and further elaborates that the most effective way for Quanzhou private enterprises to “do pioneering work for the second time” and enhance the capa-bility of independent innovation is to strengthen their cooperation with higher schools. With complementary advantages, integrated science and technology resources and accelerated development speed and efficiency, such cooperation can make up for the lack of enterprise innovation, promote the transformation of higher school scientific and technological achievement, and finally achieve mutual benefits.%泉州的民营企业正在“二次创业”，但是企业创新能力不足，未能有效形成核心竞争力。本文通过对校企合作的必然性，可采取的合作模式，进一步加强校企合作的建议等的探讨，列举了泉州师院与泉州民营企业校企合作实现共赢的例子，进一步论述了泉州民营企业要“二次创业”，要全面提高自主创新能力，最有效的办法就是加强与高等学校的合作，优势互补，整合科技资源，同时促进高校科技成果转化，合作共赢。
