'同课异构'协同教研方式对师范生GPR能力的培养

         

摘要

随着时代的快速发展,重知识轻实践的师范生培养模式已经脱离教师用人市场及师范生专业技能内涵发展的需求.为解决这一现实问题,湖北第二师范学院教育科学学院充分利用"大学-中小学合作伙伴(U-S)"研究合作办学模式,启动"同课异构"协同教研GPR学、练、研平台,融合在校师范生与中小学教师互动学习方式,有效助推师范生专业技能提升,努力实现大学与中小学的共同发展,协同创新.%With the rapid development of the times, the traditional normal university students' training mode that emphasizes more on knowledge than practice has been away from the demand of talents markets and the development of normal university students' professional skills connotation. In order to solve this realistic problem, Hubei University of Education makes full use of the "University and learn partners (U-S)" research cooperative education mode, starting with the heterogeneous class-Collaborative Research GPR study, practice, and research platform and integrate it into the interactive learning method between normal university students and teachers in primary and middle schools. This mode effectively boosts the professional skills of normal university studentsand contribute to achieve the common development and collaborative innovation of both university and primary and middle schools.
