Purpose: it is used by earlier registration limit for GPRS in GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) charging method terminal of a GSM (global system for mobile communications) and suitably management GPRS costs is provided to the transmission related data of a user terminal, if user is serviced in limit using GPRS. Construction: a user establishes the limit quantity used for GPRS by the menu in his terminal, transmits relevant SIM (subscriber identity module) information, established limit adds up a GPRS network. GPRS network receives the data transmitted from user terminal and registers received data. If when user attempts that GPRS introduces connection or when although user is used the GPRS service GPRS networks of connection and disconnects the GPRS that is attempted and introduce the GPRS services of connection or connection, GPRS charges are more than established limit. Then GPRS network transmission associated data is used to add up the excess of the limit of user terminal.
