我国台湾“人民观审制度”及启示

"People's view of civil trial act (draft) "is on a trial basis in Taiwan, it made relatively perfect regulations for people to participate in the trial mode, the rights and obligations etc. The rules make a reference for the select of people's assessors, clear the rights and obligations and perfection of relevant supporting measures.%我国台湾正在试行的“人民观审试行条例(草案)”对民众参与审判的方式、权利与义务等作出了比较完善的规定。这些规定对于大陆的人民陪审员的选任、权利与义务的明确以及相关配套措施的完善可资借鉴。
