互联网金融'极致'思维在城商行转型升级中的运用研究

             

摘要

随着互联网金融的发展,城商行为适应经济新常态下宏观经济金融环境变化和自身经营状况变化,需要运用互联网金融进行转型升级,实施"极致" 战略以转变经营模式来满足极致客户需求和提升核心竞争力.根据城商行实施"极致"战略的SWOT要素分析得出极致差异化、极致精细化、极致社交化、极致多元化、极致创新化的战略目标. 为实现"极致"战略目标,城商行应该在客户结构、业务结构、渠道拓展、组织管理、风险管理、人力资源管理、资本结构以及合作发展等方面达到极致.%With the development of Internet banking, the city commercial behavior to adapt to the new economic environ-ment changes in macroeconomic and financial environment and their own business situation, the need to use the Internet to transform and upgrade the financial, the implementation of the ultimate strategy to change the business model to meet the needs of the ultimate customer and enhance the core competitiveness. According to the city firm to implement the ultimate strategy of the SWOT elements of the analysis of the ultimate differentiation, the ultimate refinement, the ultimate social, ex-treme diversity, the ultimate goal of innovation and innovation.
