地方高校机械类专业应用技术型人才培养模式的构建

摘要

以湖北理工学院机械类专业改革为例，从培养方案、培养方式、培养过程3个方面构建以应用技术型人才培养为目标的“1-5-4-4”人才培养模式，并从课程体系、实践教学改革、实习实训基地建设、教育教学手段、双师型教师队伍培养等方面提出了地方高校机械类专业应用技术型人才培养的具体措施，拓宽了高技能人才培养的途径。%Taking the reform of mechanical specialty in Hubei Polytechnic University as an example,a "1-5-4-4" talent training mode has been constructed from the training program,training methods and training process,which is to develop the technical talents for the purpose. The concrete measures for training applica-tion-oriented talents of mechnical specialty in local universities have been put forward from such aspects as course system,practice teaching reform,practical training base construction,teaching methods and double-quality teachers training,which expands the approaches of training highly skilled talents.
