村务公开长效机制研究

摘要

System of village affairs is an important content of China's rural grass-roots democracy-building. However, there are many problems in practice as follows: incomplete contents, formality, imbalances in develop-ment, etc., which caused by the lack of long -term mechanism of village affairs.In order to solve these problems , it’s necessary to build village affairs mechanism , strengthen the system construction , change the pressure system and perfect the mechanism of supervision .%　　村务公开制度是我国农村基层民主建设的重要内容，在实际运作中存在村务公开内容不全面、流于形式、发展不平衡等问题，产生这些问题的主要原因在于村务公开长效机制的缺失。构建村务公开长效机制需加强制度建设，改变压力型体制，完善监督机制。
