大学毕业生成功入考国家公职人员对策探析

摘要

入考公职人员成为相当一部分大学毕业生就业的价值取向。但是这些大学毕业生中的相当一部分费了千辛万苦最终还是竹篮打水一场空。没有获取自己所需要的岗位，其主要原因在于大学毕业生入考公职人员盲目跟风、应考复习缺乏坚强的意志力、知识结构不够完整、综合素质有待提高等。大学毕业生要成功考入国家公职人员就必须知己知彼，做好职业生涯规划；要有坚定的信念和坚强的意志力；树立全面的学习观，全面提高自身素质。%Becoming a public official through exams has been the pursuit of many college graduates.The result is,however,in vain since they haven't obtained the posts needed.This is mainly because they blindly follow the trend for taking part in the ex-am,lack for perseverance in preparing the exam,or because their knowledge structure is not so complete or their general quali-ties are to be further improved.To succeed in public official exam and become a governmental official,one needs to plan his or her career earlier,have a firm belief and strong will,form an outlook for all -round study,and improve his or her own quali-ties.
