康德道德哲学中的准则内在要素研究

摘要

阿利森认为在康德道德哲学中，其准则具有等级性，Richard McCarty比阿利森更进一步，提出了一种准则实践推理结构。可是他们都没有意识到Nelson Potter提出的准则内在要素的问题，即究竟是有许多不同功能的准则？还是说准则的不同功能只是其内在要素的不同表现？Nelson Potter主张只有一种准则，由三种要素构成。%Allison claims that maxim owns grade in Kant's moral philosophy.Richard McCarty proposes that there are a struc-ture of principle-based practical reasoning.But they all ignore the problems of element of principles that Nelson Potter has proposed.Namely,if there are many principles that own different functions or just only one principle that it has different func-tions that are appearances of different elements of principles.Nelson Potter asserts that there are only one that makes up three elements.
